Wow, look how much progress we've made! I'm excited to see where this journey takes us. This exercise has been such a joy to work on, and it's liberating to not stress about a painting not turning out perfectly. It is what it is, flowing with little control and intention and that's totally fine.

I think one of the fundamental aspects of growth is that you have to stop every now and then and ask yourself what you've learnt and if you have learnt.
