Sketchbook Tour #1

Going through my sketchbook to find any potential interest to work on this weekend.

This one, I’m at war with because I don’t know how I want to proceed. I do love the design and line work, took some tome to build. I was switching between different textured ink brushes so the lines would not be uniform. Maybe it was meant to be line art but the colour monster inside me won’t let things rest. I need to explore more of this design next week.

This one I feel like she is judging me, maybe because I have not been putting much work into art. All I can say is that, motivation has been low and there’s no coffee in the house.

Just like her sister before her she did give me a certain eye.

I started, I was ambitious on what I wanted to do because I was thinking surrealism but I had to abandon ship because it would involve doing involve exploring unfamiliar territory. There would be too much time spent thinking about what I want to do. There’s no vision right now so she’ll have to wait.
